We first talk about your wishes, the number of guests, the location and any dietary constraints. I then send you a detailed quote. On the day, I arrive with the ingredients, cook on site, plate and serve. I leave with the kitchen tidied.

There is no fixed minimum notice: it all depends on my availability, which you can see in real time on the calendar of each service. For a wedding or a stay of several days, it is better to contact me several months ahead.

Each service is the subject of a personalised quote. The price depends on the menu, the number of guests, the chosen ingredients, the number of courses, the complexity of the preparations and the specifics of the event. I do not display a fixed rate because no two services are alike.

The quote includes menu creation, groceries and the chef's service. For large events, additional staff may be added. Any travel and accommodation are not in the quote: they are re-invoiced at cost after the service.

I take care of it. I choose fresh, seasonal produce, and its cost is included in the quote.

I advance them and then re-invoice them at cost, on presentation of receipts, after the service. They are not part of the deposit.

Once the quote is accepted, I send you a payment link for the deposit of 30% of the amount of the service and groceries. The date is reserved as soon as the deposit is received. The balance, with any travel and accommodation costs, is paid after the service.

The deposit is refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of paying it. After that, it is retained, except in special cases that we examine together.

No payment is made on this site. I send you a secure payment link (Revolut) once we have agreed on the quote. Bank transfer is also possible, and payment in person if we agree on it. I do not accept cheques.

Yes. The request form includes a complete allergen sheet (14 allergens, vegetarian, vegan, no pork, no alcohol and other requests). For any severe allergy, we clarify the precautions together before the service.

A kitchen equipped with an oven and hobs is enough in most cases. For tableware and serving equipment, we go over it together when preparing the quote.

From a dinner for two to a large reception. Beyond a certain size, I bring in additional staff, included in the quote.

Yes, with the full board option: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, over one or several days, for example during a holiday stay.

I come to your home with the ingredients and a programme suited to your level. We cook together, then taste. You leave with the recipe cards.
